I’m Carlos Rivera, the proud owner of Cool Aid Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, your trusted HVAC service provider based right here in Edinburg, TX.

My journey into the HVAC industry began over 20 years ago, and it wasn’t the path I originally expected. After high school, rather than heading straight into college, I explored several different careers. However, it was the HVAC field that ultimately captured my interest. I enrolled in a one-year technical program that laid the groundwork for everything I do today.

After completing my training, I joined a refrigeration company where I was fortunate to learn from experienced professionals. Those early years taught me not only the technical side of HVAC but also the importance of great service and strong relationships. Over time, my passion grew, and I knew I wanted to build something of my own. That vision became Cool Aid AC & Refrigeration.

At Cool Aid Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, my philosophy is simple: treat every customer with respect, listen carefully, and deliver top-notch service every single time. No two homes or issues are the same, and I believe every challenge is an opportunity to earn trust and deliver comfort.

One of my favorite parts of this job is troubleshooting. I genuinely enjoy getting to the root of a problem and finding the right solution. For me, it's more than just fixing an AC unit—it’s about restoring comfort and peace of mind to families and businesses.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. Whether we’re grilling in the backyard or enjoying a cozy movie night, those moments keep me grounded and remind me why I do what I do—providing for my loved ones and serving my community.
